Firstborn was founded by Sahdiq McNair, a man whose heart has always been rooted in faith, compassion, and a desire to see people restored. Married for over 20 years, Sahdiq and his wife Marsha have walked life side by side — through victories, challenges, and seasons that strengthened their belief that no one should ever lose hope in themselves.

Marsha, pictured here, is a constant source of inspiration in Sahdiq’s life. Her resilience, her kindness, and her ability to uplift others sparked the vision behind Firstborn. Though she is not a founder, her influence is woven into the heart of the brand.

Together, they’ve witnessed how deeply people can hurt — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They’ve seen people lose confidence, lose direction, and lose faith. That stirred something powerful in Sahdiq: a calling to create something that could restore not just hair, but hope.
